Accuracy Vs Fluency

I think there are times for accuracy and times for fluency.
Help students to strive for accuracy when they are writing or doing wirtten work is easier than accruacy in oral, because you can review what you've written.
And the emphaisi of fluency in oral builds them confidence in expressing themselves when they face different people.
By and by, with their written had improved, their speech grammatical accruacy will improve also.
